So there's another upcoming epic! Game changing! Crossover! Event! from which the DC Universe will Never Be The Same, because nobody at DC actually knows what the word "Final" means. People on tumblr this morning were posting lists of "Changes to the DCU that could happen because of Flashpoint that I would LIKE to see."

So, in the spirit of that, DC-reading (and former-DC-reading) flist, let's pretend we're in charge of what gets published!

Rules: No more than ten books. No re-using the same creator for more than two books. Currently-alive creators only, although they don’t have to be working at DC. Up to half your books can have back-up features.

Still, Flashpoint? Hugh Dillon is the next Batman? I'd watch that.

Well, right now, lots of people are Batman, including Cass Cain and a French Muslim of Algerian descent, but they haven't announced a Batman Of Canada. So he'd fit right in!

...Unfortunately, from what I understand the real story has something to do with Barry Allen and time travel.

No, I'm *really* out of touch. Enough that I have no idea which of these sentences is more of a joke. I suspect Cass is--but I couldn't cite your panels to prove it.

Barry Allen is still dead in my personal canon. (I mean, I know he's been back for a while. But damn.)

Excuse me, I'm going to go postulate Hugh Dillon's Batman for a while.

No, actually. Dick and Bruce both being Batman worked so well that now they're expanding the franchise, or something.
