I've been wanting to do a one-artist fanmix since then, but I couldn't find a combination that grabbed me enough. But last night I watched Back to the Future Part II for the first time in approximately forever, and this morning on the bus I was listening to Exile in Guyville, and then.... this happened.
It looks like shit and it must be America: A 1985A Lorraine Baines-McFly-Tannen fanmix
In Back to the Future Part II, 1985A is the alternate timeline where (due to time travel shenanigans) Biff Tannen becomes the richest man in America, has George McFly murdered, and marries Lorraine Baines-McFly. Biff is emotionally abusive, coercing Lorraine into getting unwanted plastic surgery, and threatening her kids if she leaves him. As in the original 1985, Lorraine is an alcoholic. Word-of-God says that a few years after we see her (approximately 1990A) Lorraine gives up and shoots Biff.
